QA/QC Engineer

Preparation of project quality plan and inspection test plan.
Evaluating and identifying the welding requirement of contract.
Inspection(structural&piping) of fit-ups, dimension, orientation and
welding details etc .
Evaluation of NCR’s and initiating corrective actions for repetitive
nature of non-conformities.
Qualifying WPS and welders as per the requirement.
Monitoring all testing activities including sub contractor activities
and the progressive compilation of the QC dossiers.
Surveillance of the use of applicable WPS, qualified welders, correct
welding consumables and their pre-issue processing.
