QA/QC Inspector

The successful candidate shall be responsible for the following:
Perform the inspection and testing, or witnessing the inspection and
testing by others, as laid down in the Inspection and Test Plan,
including the release of company nominated Hold Points.
Prepare records of inspection/tests and making these available to
the QA/QC Department.

Verify the procedures being used are adequate for the effective
control of quality. Reject defective workmanship and materials.
Ensure and verify corrective action is taken when non-conformance
work is identified. Assist in preparation of ITP.
Process of non-conformance and corrective and preventive action.
Verification/certification of test results and supporting documents.
Participate in improving quality practices.
Perform all inspection in accordance with the requirements of HSE
Management Plan and Project Quality Control Plan. Comply with all
Company Quality Statement requirements. Monitor all Welding
activities, welding parameters.
Review & Interpret the radiographic film. Analyze the welding defect &
its Structure. Perform NDT Inspection (RT, UT, PT, MT,VT).
Perform UT lamination, Scanning of weldments for Plates, Pipe,
Tanks and etc. Making Daily welded report &Request NDT/
PWHT/Hardness Inspection.
