IT Solutions Project Manager

The role of IT Solutions Project Manager will focus on the successful deployment of IT solution/application projects for our major clients. The successful candidate will also be expected to forge stronge relationships with our customers to ensure renewed business with our clients.

Responsibilities
· Provide overall leadership of a project and acting as the front-line contact with client representatives on project-related issues.
· Manage project scope and develop project plan, defining / documenting resources, skill requirements, milestones and metrics per standard PM methods and practices
· Ensure project completion is within budget, on schedule and has met or exceeded customer expectations.
· Anticipate issues and risks and escalate to the appropriate project sponsors
· Build strong customer relationships, understand their business and identify problem areas where company can provide a solution.
· Constantly look for opportunities to generate revenues within the client and to extend into other areas of the account.
· Prepare and submit proposals and quotations to prospective customer accounts in conjunction with sales team.

Experience
· A minimum of 5 years project management experience
· A background in the FMCG sector would be a distinct advantage
· Certified in a project related discipline (i.e. Prince2 , PMP)
· Experience in supporting business development opportunities through proposal creation, review and presentation
