OAT / Service Analyst
We are seeking a strong OAT/ Service Analyst , to work onsite with a major customer. This is a consultancy role with high visibility within a large financial institution.

The Role of the OAT/ Service Analyst is to ensure that assigned projects which will introduce significant change to the client’s IT infrastructure are reviewed and tested to verify that required end to end and infrastructure support service levels can be maintained.

The ideal candidate will have
· 4 years industry experience
· Experience working with processes required to support a complex IT infrastructure
· Some familiarity with ITIL would be an advantage
· Exposure to production deployments of complex systems, and of early support requirements following deployment.
· Experience working in System Testing/Acceptance Testing/Service Analyst roles.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Technical qualifications indicating the ability to understand complex technical environments and effectively communicate on detailed technical issues.
· Good attention to detail while retaining the ability to see the bigger picture.
